The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to release sugar export subsidy payment as per its application / representation (page nos. 33 & 34).

Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned in-charge Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No. 3.

Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G. submits that, in case, the application / representation is pending, the authority would take decision upon it on

In the light of the above, the decision shall be taken by the respondent No. 2 on the application / representation of the petitioner (page nos. 33 & 36) on its own merits, in accordance with law, considering all relevant aspects of the matter, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
