In all these matters, the learned AGP points out that these Petitioners have already approached the Divisional Deputy Director, Latur for challenging the impugned decision of the Education Officer dated 10.05.2023. The learned advocate for the Petitioners confirms that the proceedings have been lodged in July-2023.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off with the observation that the Petitioners would be at liberty to tender their written notes of submissions on or before 15.09.2023 and can be represented even by a practicing advocate before the said authority.

Respondent No.2 shall consider the entire record available and if the internal dispute amongst the trustees would not have any legal impact on the status of the Petitioners and if the provisions applicable are duly followed and complied with while transferring them from the unaided category to the 20% aided category, appropriate reasoned order shall be passed. Let such order be passed within 30 days after the conclusion of the hearing in the matter.
