By the present petition, the petitioner assailed the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jintur below Exh.1 in S.C.C. No.98 of 2022, whereby the learned trial Court recorded the finding that after the particulars of offence explained to the accused at Exh.20, he has pleaded not guilty. Therefore, the learned trial Court called upon the accused/petitioner to pay 20% of the cheque amount i.e. Rs.1,98,132/- to the complainant towards interim compensation.

(( 2 )) 922-Cri-WP-1202-2023 The petitioner also challenged the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. below Exh.21 in S.C.C. No.98 of 2022, whereby issued warrant for levy of interim compensation. 3.

The status of the complaint S.C.C. No.98 of 2022 has been checked from the website of the Court and it is learnt that the next date of hearing is 24.06.2025.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, it is dismissed.
