The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. But, at the same time, petitioner has tendered a request to direct the authorities to decide the application tendered by it during pendency of instant petition on its own merits and in accordance with provisions of law.

So far as request made by the petitioner permitting it to withdraw the petition unconditionally is concerned, the request is liable to be granted.

Writ Petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Civil Application is disposed of. So far as application tendered by the petitioner to the
