Heard learned Counsel for the applicant / original claimant and the learned A.G.P. The respondent No. 2 Acquiring Body despite service, remained absent. 2.

Though there appears substantial delay of 1836 days in fling the appeal, but for the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the delay period.
