This matter was not on board, today. Learned counsel for the petitioner moved a motion expressing urgency. Hence, taken on the production board.

The grievance of the petitioner is that his appeal along with a stay application is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik, bearing No. 579/2017. The application for stay has not been heard.

The learned AGP, after collecting instructions, submits that the next date of hearing in this matter is 15/09/2017, and

if the petitioner addresses the Authority on the said date on the application, same could be considered on its merits. 4.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner and all the litigating sides to canvass their submissions on the stay application filed by the petitioner on 15/09/2017.
