This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.269/2018, registered with Gondi Police Station, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna.

Learned A.P.P. states that, subsequently the charge sheet came to be filed and that the accused came to be acquitted. A copy of the judgment dated 18/2/2022, passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, Ambad is placed on record. In view of the same, the application is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
