This application is for condonation of delay by the appellant/original claimant whose land came to be acquired. There is delay of 3099 days caused in filing the appeal. Since the appellants are original claimants, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence the order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed, subject to cost of Rs. 3000/-, to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad within eight weeks from today. Delay is condoned. Office to register the appeal. Application is disposed of. (ii) It is clarified that the appellant shall not be entitled to receive the interest for the delay period.
