Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent authorities by accepting fresh proposal submitted by the petitioner institution, forward the same by recommending to release the grants from the government with further directions to grant approval to the school on grant-in-aid basis in view of the proposal dated 27th May 2023 of the commissioner and the proposal dated 7th April 2025 made by the District Assessment Committee. It appears that earlier proposal was pending and then the policy was changed in view of the government resolution dated 16th July 2024. Though subsequently fresh

wp-11261.25 proposal appears to have been given by the petitioner on 30th October 2024, it has not been decided. According to the petitioner his fresh proposal is as per the requirement in Government Resolution dated 16th July 2024. The District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar by communication dated 7th April 2025 had forwarded the said representation to Commissioner, Disability Welfare, Pune, 2.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and upon instructions submits that the said proposal is pending with respondent No.3, who would forward the said proposal by the end of this month to respondent No.1 and respondent No.1 would take the decision on or before 15th February 2026 as per the schedule given in Government Resolution dated 16th July 2024.

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 to forward the said proposal to respondent No.1 by the end of this month and thereafter respondent No.1 should decide the same on or before 15th February 2026.
