The learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners had filed an application under Section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 before the Collector and the Special Land Acquisition Officer. The same is not decided for almost five years.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 3.

In case, petitioners have filed an application with respondent no.3 (Page No.35) and if the same is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, after hearing all the parties concerned and

(2) 935-wp-10353-2019 as per the procedure, preferably within a period of nine (09) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
