PER COURT :- By virtue of order passed on 1.8.2014, the employer was directed to deposit amount towards the back wages, admissible to the employee from 6.3.1985 to 1.10.1996, in this Court. In compliance with the directions, it is stated that, the employer has deposited Rs.3,41,896/-. The employee has already withdrawn a sum of Rs.50,000/- with leave of the Court, in view of the order passed on 16.1.2015. Since LPA is dismissed, employee is entitled to receive the amount.

There does not appear to be any impediment for permitting the employee to withdraw the amount. The application is thus allowed with direction to permit the employee to withdraw sum of Rs.2,91,896/- deposited by the employer in this Court, together with interest, if any, unconditionally.
