In view of the Office Submission dated 14.10.2025 tendered by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, the members on the panel of the National Lokadalat held on 13.09.2025, assembled and perused the Application under Section 152 of Civil Procedure Code, moved by the learned Advocate Mr. S. M. Kakde for the Appellant in the above-mentioned matters, with the following prayers:

"[1] That, both the Appellant and Respondent had amicably settled the matters and accordingly filed a Compromise Memo before this Hon'ble Lok Adalat. [2] That, as per the said Compromise Memo, the time period mutually agreed upon by both parties for making the payment was clearly mentioned as 12 months.

[3] However, due to an inadvertent/clerical error, the order passed by this Hon'ble Lok Adalat records the time period for payment as 24 months instead of 12 months.

[4] It is respectfully submitted that both parties have duly agreed upon the 12-month time period as stated

-3in the compromise memo, and there is no dispute regarding the same.

[5] Therefore, it is most humbly requested that this Hon'ble Lok Adalat may kindly be pleased to correct the said inadvertent error and substitute the period of "24 months" with "12 months" in the order dated 13.09.2025 to reflect the true intent of the parties and the contents of the compromise memo."

In view of the above, the period of twenty four [24] months mentioned in sub-clauses [ii] and [iii] of paragraph no. 4 of the aforementioned order passed in the above-numbered First Appeals, be read as twelve [12] months.
