After this matter was called out, the learned Advocate submitted on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to avail of a remedy by raising an Industrial Dispute under the I.D.Act, 1947. 4.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off and the petitioner is granted the liberty to raise an industrial dispute for the redressal of his grievance before the appropriate machinery under the Industrial Disputes Act.
