Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 295/2023 registered with Navapur Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offences punishable under Sections 65(e), 83, 108 of Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the co-accused against whom similar role has been alleged is already protected from arrest by order of this Court dated 20th July, 2023 passed in ABA No. 1092 of 2023.

Perusal of the first information report and the role alleged against the present applicant clearly shows that it is a fit case for applying parity. Hence application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 21st August, 2023.
