By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to record a supplementary statement of the petitioner in Crime No.156 of 2025, registered on 14/06/2025 with Ajintha Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, under Sections 74, 75(1), 115(2), 188(1), and 352 of B.N.S.S., 2023 and also for a fresh investigation by appointing another investigating officer, other than the earlier investigating officer, Mr. Nilesh Prabhakar Siraskar.

However, on instructions, learned APP submits that the investigation in this matter has already been completed and the

2 949 wp 1162-25 charge sheet has also been filed. Under such circumstances, the present petition appears to be infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
