The petitioner's candidature is not considered for the appointment to the post of Anganwadi Madatnis on the ground that the marks memo submitted by the petitioner did not bear signature of the Head Master. It is stated that, subsequently in the present petition, the marks memo signed by the head master is submitted. It appears that, both the marks memos are containing similar marks.

Without entering into the contentions that the petitioner had not remained present on the date, when the petitioner was called to remain present with the original documents and that no

2 wp 9446.16 other candidate would also be affected, we pass following order. 3.

The petitioner may submit all the original documents as required before the Committee on 18.04.2017. If the petitioner submits all the original documents on the said date, then the Committee shall consider the candidature of the petitioner on its own merits. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.

The request of the petitioner for grant of backwages cannot be considered, as it is fault of the petitioner in not remaining present along with documents before the committee after issuance of notice.
