It is an application for stay moved by the appellant/insurance company.

Heard Mr. Upadhye, learned counsel for applicant/insurance company, Mr. Tandale, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 though duly served, remained absent when the matter is called out.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the appellant/insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount in this Court and complied with the conditional stay order passed by this Court dated 11th October, 2019. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed. Hence, the following order is passed:

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

II.

The interim stay granted by this Court is hereby made absolute.

III.
