Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 and 2. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected group of matters this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 100% deposited amount. He further submits that applicants have already withdrawn 50% amount and applicants be permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount. The applicants are poor farmers. There is no source of income to applicants. They need the amount for their day to day activities. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned AGP submits that, appropriate order may be passed.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel as well as this Court (Coram: R. G. Avachat, J) has permitted the applicants in connected group of matters to withdraw remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent security/solvent surety. Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant no.1-A is permitted to withdraw the remaining 50% amount with interest on behalf of applicant nos.1-b and 1-c, who are minors on furnishing solvent security/solvent surety. (iii) The Civil Application is disposed of.
