Upon hearing, Mr. G.R. Syed, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application. However, since the present applicant is behind the bar for a considerable period, certain direction for early hearing in the trial may be given.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to expedite the hearing in the sessions trial as the applicant would be an under-trial prisoner.
