The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the challenge to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal is made only to the extent of quantum.

The learned counsel for the Respondent / Insurer has strongly resisted the application for withdrawal of amount. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the deceased was the breadwinner of the family, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
