PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondent University to to declare the results for the First to Fourth Semester examinations.

It is not disputed that the caste validation claim pertaining to the petitioner is pending consideration before the Scrutiny Committee, and no decision as yet been taken. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, the University is directed to declare the results of the petitioner forthwith.

Counsel appearing for the Scrutiny Committee states that hearing in the matter is complete and, in all probability, the decision would be rendered on 23rd September, 2015. agp/-

In view of the statement made, no further orders are necessary. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
