DATE : SEPTEMBER 26, 2022 ORDER :- This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0321 of 2022 of registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Dist.Jalgaon.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Perused the First Information Report and related papers. 4.

The victim has suffered simple injuries. The applicant is in jail for little over two and half months. The co-accused has been granted bail. Although the applicant has criminal antecedents, care

11-BA.1542.2022 thereof can be taken by directing him to attend the concerned police station once a week for next one year.

In view of the above, the Court is inclined to grant the applicant bail. Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released in connection with Crime No.0321 of 2022 of registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Dist.Jalgaon, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once a week, i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, for next one year.
