On 16th September, 2015, this Court had asked the ld. APP to take instructions as to whether the application for parole has been decided or not. Shri. Shinde, ld. APP submits that, the application for parole could not be decided for want of police report and same would be decided within next two weeks. We, therefore, dispose of the present petition by passing the following order.

ORDER

(i) The authorities are directed to decide the application for parole within a period of three weeks from the date of this order.

(ii) Rule made absolute in the above terms.
