The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are putting forth a simple prayer that Regular Civil Suit No. 430/2016 which has been clubbed with Regular Darkhast No. 70/2015, by the learned Principal District Judge, Aurangabad, be decided expeditiously.

The Hon'ble Bombay High Court has prepared certain guidelines as regards expeditious hearing of matters which are more than 5 years or 10 years old. The Darkhast is about 4 years old and the suit is about 3 years old.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. In the event, these two proceedings are not disposed off in the routine course till August 2020, the petitioners would be at liberty to request the learned Trial Court to decide the said proceedings expeditiously.
