Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order of transfer dated 8.8.2014, is illegal against the well laid down norms and against the principles. The petitioner is to retire in July 2015 and such a person could not have been transferred even as per relevant Government Resolution.

Mr.Shinde, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that the petitioner is transferred as a Headmaster only as was surplus. According to the learned counsel, no error has been committed. 4.

Considering the fact that the order of transfer is dated 8.8.2014, it would not be appropriate to interfere with the said order of transfer at this stage. The petitioner would retire in July 2015.

The petitioner may file a detail representation with the Respondents. On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent-authority shall consider the case of the petitioner as put forth in the representation expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the said representation. 6.
