Applicant is claiming continuation of interim relief granted on 09.07.2015 for a period of eight weeks. Learned counsel for applicant states that the applicant is not desirous of raising challenge to the order passed by this Court and that, he undertakes to abide by the said order. Applicant will not claim any equity and continuation in employment on the basis of interim order passed by this Court. Applicant shall not be entitled to claim benefits accruable to the Scheduled Tribe community. 2.
Oral undertaking given by petitioner through learned counsel is accepted. Subject to the undertaking recorded above, applicant would be permitted to continue in employment until the end of November 2015. Applicant shall relinquish the office including residential quarter, which he
