This civil application is taken out by the petitioner seeking issuance of notice in Daily "Lokmat", intimating respondent Nos.1 and 3-4, since the said respondents could not be served and the specific allegation is that they are avoiding service of notice. 2.
In the wake of the above statement, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
Necessary steps to the aforesaid effect shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today.
