2] It is stated that the authority to decide the proposal is the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur and not the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Osmanabad. In light of that, the order dated 17/4/2017 is modified to the effect that the direction given to Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Osmanabad in the order dated 17/4/2017 is deleted. Instead, the same is modified to the extent that petitioner's proposal be decided by Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur. Same be decided within three months from today.
