Learned AGP at the outset informed this Court that so far matters belong to caste claims from Jalana district are concerned, now, those matters are assigned to scrutiny committee office at Jalana. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes oral prayer so as to implead the newly constituted District Scrutiny Committee at Jalana as party-respondent. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has tendered

WP_8132_2011 across Bar copy of the validity certificate issued in favour of petitioner No.1 Neha Silas Kamble. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purpose.

Learned counsel submits that so far petitioner No.1 is concerned, there is no further grievance. He submits that so far petitioner No.2 Akash Nelson Kamble is concerned, yet his caste claim is not decided by the respondent No.1.

In case, caste claim of petitioner No.2 Akash Nelson Kamble is not yet decided, the same shall be decided by the respondent No.1committee as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four months from today.
