Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 98/2024 dated 23.7.2024 registered with Devgaon Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural) for the offences punishable under sections 82(2), 85 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.
This Court by order dated 6.9.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicants. The applicants herein are the father in law, mother in law and sister in law of the deceased.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation and the chargesheet in the matter is filed. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that regular bail is granted to the main accused i.e. husband of the deceased and the investigation qua the present applicants is over and custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary.

The learned APP submits that the applicants have harassed the
ABA 1469/24 deceased by demanding money and due to that she consumed poison and as such, the offence is made out as she died within three years of the marriage with the main accused i.e. son of applicant No. 1. 6.
Considering the submissions and as the investigation in the matter is over, so also the accused No. 1, husband of the deceased is released on regular bail, I hold that interim protection can be confirmed. 7.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 6.9.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.
ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii.
The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 9.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
