Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. It appears that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner and other persons, the Tahsildar initiated enquiry and the enquiry report is submitted on 20/10/2020 to the District Supply Officer.

If within a reasonable time hereinafter the decision is not taken then the petitioner may agitate their grievance afresh. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
