This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of order dated 09th September, 2025. Mr. Ladda, learned counsel for the respondents seeks following alterations in paragraph no.3 and first sentence of paragraph no.4 in the said order :- Paragraph no. 3 :- "3.

During the course of hearing, it was candidly admitted by learned counsel for the respondent - department that in response to the show cause notice issued by the authority concerned, the petitioner had filed e-mail reply dated 28.06.2024 requesting some time for furnishing the ledger confirmations from 1 / 2

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // WP-10555-25.odt the supplier and drop the SCN. The authority concerned, did not pay any heed to the request made in said reply. It went ahead and passed the order of adjudication. Thereafter the petitioner moved the application for rectification, which was turned down." First sentence of paragraph no.4 :- "4.

As such, the record indicates the petitioner to have lost an opportunity of hearing in the adjudication of show cause notice."
