Learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad has placed on record copy of order passed by Chief Executive Officer thereby sanctioning the amount of Rs. 10,84,911/- towards retiral dues and 6% interest of the petitioner. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes.

On instructions, learned advocate for Zilla Parisahd states that, within eight weeks said amount will be disbursed to the petitioner.
