By this application, the applicant / original respondent has prayed for extension of time by eight weeks to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in each of these petitions. This Civil Application was filed on 13.10.2011. Ever since, no order have been sought.

In the light of the above, this application is partly allowed and the applicant M/s Trinity Forge Limited shall deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in each of these two petitions, concerning Ram Naresh Sharma and Ram Pravesh Sharma, on/or before 23.10.2015, failing which this Court shall pass appropriate orders against the Managing Director, by taking cognizance of the failure on the part of the Managing Director in depositing the said amount, 3.

S.O. to 27.10.2015. To be listed on supplementary board. It is made clear to the Advocates for the parties, that no adjournment would be granted on the next date on any ground.
