BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.13118/2016 3.
In view of the fact that all other claimants have already been permitted to withdraw 50 percent amount falling to their share, I see no difficulty in allowing the Original Claimant No.4 i.e. the present applicant to withdraw Rs.1,75,000/- ( Rs. one lac, seventy five thousand) from the deposited amount. Order accordingly. Civil Application stands disposed of.
