This is an application by the claimant for withdrawal of amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal and deposited in this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant insurance company has objection to pay the entire amount to the applicant as appeal is presented by the insurance company mainly on the ground of quantum of compensation.

ca10606.17 In view of above, at least 50 per cent amount of compensation can be paid to the applicant.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 per cent amount of compensation deposited with the Tribunal.

Civil Application is disposed of.
