This court by order dated 01.12.2011 has directed the petitioner to illustrate that the similarly placed industrial units were not supplied energy on Friday to demonstrate any discrimination vis-a-vis the respondents in the petition. 2.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such affidavit or illustration is placed on record. 3.

Considering the above and, also, that the contempt is of the year 2011, no purposeful inquiry would be possible. 4.

The Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
