Perused the record and proceeding. The present C.A. is filed by the applicants for permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Rasul Papasaheb Shaikh. According to applicants, respondent Rasul Papasaheb Shaikh died on 9th June 2015 leaving behind his L.Rs. 1A to 1F as contended in para-2 of this application. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Rasul Papasaheb Shaikh Pralhad died on 9th June 2015. The present C.A. is filed by the applicants on 7th September 2015. There is no contest to this application. The CA is filed within limitation. Therefore,, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

C.A.15268/2015 is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent Rasul Papasaheb Shaikh.

Necessary amendment be carried out within the period of limitation.
