PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioners seek direction against respondent nos.2 and 3 to correct the Award dated 06.11.2015 in so far as the market value of the petitioner's land Survey No.14 of the Village BeedTaraf-Deshmukh, Tq. and Dist. Beed is concerned. 2.

The Award has been passed on 06.11.2015.

It appears that the Collector has directed necessary correction to be made under Section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013 on 25.1.2016. The request letter was given by the

(2) 32-wp-10277-2018 Deputy Collector Land Acquisition on 14.01.2016 to the Collector and the Collector has granted sanction to it on 25.01.2016. The same is within the prescribed period of six months as contemplated under Section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation Act.

In light of the above, the respondent no.3 is bound to carry out the correction as directed by the Collector under letter dated 25.1.2016. The same shall be done within a period of one month from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
