After the learned APP has pointed out the DNA report, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the application. So also, it will have to be mentioned that taking into consideration the entire case this Court, on the last occasion when the learned Advocate for the applicant was reading the FIR, it was then pointed out by the learned APP that the DNA report is awaited, and therefore, the matter was adjourned and after the receipt of the DNA report now the learned Advocate for the applicant is withdrawing the application, on

BA_1538_2020 instructions from his client. The fact to be harped upon is that the matter was then heard for some time.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Criminal application No.98 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed of.
