Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. The Applicant wants to file appeal against his conviction. It appears that he is in jail for more than eight years and the delay has been caused merely because he has no elder family member in his house to look after him and towards this case.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of payer clause-B. Appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
