The applicant/appellant is seeking addition of Sau. Pradnya Pravin Katare as party respondent in the appeal since respondent No.1 executed gift deed if the suit land in her favour.

The learned Counsel for respondents did not raise any strong objection. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. 4.

The learned Counsel Mr. Shah appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 waives service for respondent No.3 Pradnya Pravin Katare after her addition.
