The petitioner is again before us being anxious that inspite of directions of this Court in the earlier round his proposal has not been finally decided by the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Committee would finally decide the petitioner's proposal within a period of three (03) months from today. 3.

The statement is accepted as a undertaking to this Court and the writ petition is disposed of.
