This is an application for for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the respondents No. 1 and 2 before the learned Trial Court.

Mr. Barde, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 and 2 opposed the application on the ground that, the amount of compensation awarded by the Trial Court is exorbitant and without any reasons. 3.

Any how, the award is in favour of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, at least 50 % amount of compensation can be paid to the applicants on certain conditions. 4.

Civil Application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % amount of compensation deposited before the Trial Court on condition that, in case, adverse orders are passed in the appeal, the applicants shall deposit the entire amount which they have withdrawn within a period of 12 weeks.

Civil Application is disposed of.
