Heard Shri Chillarge, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

By filing the present application, the legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 2, 3 and 15 are sought to be brought on record. The application is supported by an affidavit sworn by applicant no.1 Kalidas s/o Limbraj Biradar. Death certificates of the deceased are also placed on record. Legal heirship certificate is also filed on record. In the above circumstances, the following order is passed:
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.

iii) The civil application stands disposed of. iv) List the matter for further consideration after three weeks.
