At the request of the petitioner leave to add Commissioner for Handicap as party respondent. The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader waives notice for the added party respondent. 2.

The petitioner has moved the competent authority under the provisions of the Persons with Disability Act 2016 to ventilate his grievance.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. The authority where the petitioner has filed proceedings shall
