The District Deputy Registrar has already initiated inquiry into the matter. The petitioners have also approached the District Deputy Registrar making a complaint in respect of mismanagement in Respondent No.4-society.

It would be open for the District Deputy Registrar to look into the grievance of petitioners and issue necessary directions. In exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, no further directions need be issued in the matter.
