The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent No. 4 restraining him from making appointment of teachers as per advertisement dated 25.02.2019.

According to the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 does not

2 wp 10278.19 have any right and authority, nor he is in the management, as such is not competent to issue advertisement. The petitioner can approach to the office of the Charity Commissioner and seek appropriate orders in that regard.

In view of the above, the writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
