Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire compensation amount deposited by the Acquiring Body. However, this Court vide order dated 10.08.2022 in connected matters has permitted the applicant therein to withdraw 80% of the deposited amount. As such, the same order will follow.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The applicant is further permitted to withdraw 30% of the amount alongwith interest accrued thereon till date, on furnishing

Remaining 20% amount be invested in F.D.R. in any nationalized bank till final disposal of this appeal. 6.
