In these applications, the assessee seeks condonation of delay of 272 days in filing the accompanying appeals. 2.

We have perused the applications. We find that in paragraph Nos.3 to 5, the applicant has explained the reasons as to Shrikant Malani

Although the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has vehemently opposed the prayers made in these applications, we find that sufficient grounds are made out for condoning delay amd therefore, we are inclined to allow the applications. The applications for delay are allowed. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. 4.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants in these appeals.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of sole respondent.
